Technology Champions from the AI sector act as liaisons between tech and non-tech sectors to translate complex tech concepts into actionable plans for traditional businesses job growth.

Each regional Technology center gets an assigned technology champion, AI assigned new developed traditional opportunities/projects, and provides technology resources/services to assist non-tech workers seeking new traditional opportunities and growth. Working in collaborations with certified online job search companies (Example: LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed,...other).

Technology Champions projects development department (At each major AI software company) assist in development of new traditional opportunities with respect to maintaining traditions, core values and practices of the sector. AI helps manage and assign the new developed jobs to regional technology centers for non-tech workers to apply to.

Collaboration between assigned technology champions and assigned local organizations representatives from corporations/recruiters in the development of new traditional opportunities.

Technology Champions using AI technologies to assist non-tech workers in scheduling, resource allocation, and growth.

Development of AI opportunities and assignment to technology centers for transferrable skills of non-AI workers.

Provide personalized training modules to help non-tech workers become proficient in using AI tools on duty with respect to their employability skills.

Develop AI laws to protect non-tech skills 

Assigned legal professionals to each regional technology center own responsibility of AI laws development with Federal/State/Country laws.

Each Regional technology centers compliance officer assist in development of local regional laws and report back suggestions/problems regarding Global AI compliance/policies laws.
